摘　　要：对历次参加全国职业院校技能大赛-中药传统技能赛项的过程进行了回顾与总结,从中认识到赛前的充分准备、选手的选拔、培训方法等都是关键,为以后参赛总结经验教训。同时,大赛还促使我们在校企合作、课程建设、实训基地建设等方面进行改革创新,以全面提升人才培养质量。The previous National skills competition vocational colleges-the process of skills match items were reviewed and summa- rized. From recognizing fully prepared before the game, the player selection, training methods are crucial for the future competition lessons. At the same time, competition has prompted us to carry out reform and innovation in the school-enterprise cooperation, cur- riculum development, training bases, in order to enhance the quality of personnel training.
