摘 要:建设制造强国,核心是质量,关键是人才。中国制造要从"代工+低价"的模式向"核心技术、人性设计、品牌打造"的模式切换,亟需重塑大国工匠精神。培养大国工匠,实现建设制造强国的战略目标,必须发挥教育系统传承创新工匠文化的重要作用;充分利用"产教融合、校企合作"机制,推动制造业界与教育界深度合作;完善中国工匠文化创新传承和工匠文化育人制度保障;健全社会教育和企业培训中工匠文化教育机制;将工匠文化传承创新纳入国家文化建设的重要内容。To construct the manufacturing power, the core is the quality, and the key is talents. Chinese production needs to reshape spirit power, when it switches from the mode of "contract + low price" to the "core technology, human nature designing, and brand building" mode. To develop powers artisans and realize the strategic goal of building manufacturing power, it is necessary to give play to the important role of education system in inheriting and innovating craftsman culture, make full use of "production-education integration, and school-enterprise cooperation" mechanism to promote depth cooperation between manufacturing industry and education, perfect the inheritance, innovation and education system for Chinese craftsman culture, optimize the education mechanism for craftsman culture of social education and enterprise training, and integrate the inheritance and innovation of craftsman culture into the construction content of national culture.
