摘　　要：研究生群体思想积极向上、独立能力与民主意识显著增强、科研与创新意识不断提高,但其个体特征突出,价值取向多元化,团结协作意识淡弱,个人综合素质提升仍为迫切,科学道德教育仍需加强。沈阳农业大学根据研究生管理工作实际,从研究生群体特点入手,积极探索研究生学生辅导员工作机制,经过多年的研究与实践,在选拔聘用、日常管理、工作考核等各方面制度日臻完善,各项管理工作环节有序开展,并在日常思想政治教育、党团组织建设、班集体建设和骨干培养和研究生特殊群体等方面取得积极成效,研究生学生辅导员个人素质也得到很大提升,他们毕业后能够顺利就业,用人单位满意度高。研究生学生辅导员工作制度已经成为加强研究生教育与管理的有效形式。Graduate students as a group are positive ideologically and are getting more and more independent behaviorally, democracy-minded and research-and-innovation-conscious while they as an individual show distinct personal features, multiple value orientation, weak teamwork consciousness, relatively unsatisfactory comprehensive quality and poorly educated scientifically and morally. In view of the reality of graduate management and with the study of the characters of the graduate student group as entry point Shenyang Agricultural University explored the graduate student counselor mechanism actively and has achieved fruitful results： Its systems of graduate management are getting more and more complete and perfect in the aspects of selection and employment, daily management, work assessment, etc after years of research and practice and all its graduate management work is being done orderly; positive results are being achieved in daily ideological and political education, Party and Youth League organization construction, class construction, backbone cultivation and special graduate groups; the personal quality of the graduate student counselors has improved greatly, too, for they are employed smoothly after graduation and satisfy employers highly; and the practice of setting up the part-time graduate student counselor post already becomes an effective way to strengthen the education and management of graduate students.
