干酵母改性对茶叶吸附性能的影响

摘  要:以茶叶副产物——茶叶末为原料,采用干酵母进行改性,研究干酵母的用量、发酵时间、温度和湿度对茶叶末吸附剂性能的影响。结果表明,干酵母改性有助于提高其吸附性能,随着干酵母用量、发酵时间、温度和湿度的增大,茶叶末吸附剂对甲醛和苯的吸附性能呈先升后降的趋势。在较优的工艺条件下,茶叶末吸附剂对甲醛、苯的吸附量分别达到0.209、0.158 g·g^(-1)。The tea powder byproduct of tea was used as the raw material to prepare the modified production by dry yeast. The effects of the amount of dry yeast, fermentation time, temperature and humidity on the adsorption capacity of the tea powder were dis- cussed. The results show that the modification of dry yeast helps to improve the adsorption property, with the increase of amount of dry yeast, fermentation time, temperature and humidity, the adsorption capacity of formaldehyde and benzene by tea adsorbents decreased. Under the optimum conditions, the adsorption capacity of formaldehyde and benzene reached 0. 209 g g-1 and 0. 158 g g - 1, respectively.
