摘　　要：高龄妊娠不但增加胎儿染色体疾病的发病,还可导致母胎不良事件的发生。本文介绍了关于高龄妊娠产前筛查、诊断的新进展及妊娠期相关并发症管理,供临床医师参考,以更好地降低不良妊娠结局的发生率。Advanced maternal age not only increase the rates of fetal chromosomal abnormalities,but also lead to the occurrence of adverse prenatal outcome.This article introduces the progress of prenatal screening,prenatal diagnosis and management of complication in pregnant women with advanced age,which is helpful for the medical workers and result in reducing the incidence of adverse prenatal outcome.
