摘　　要：2016年是“十三五”开局之年，辽宁从此进入全面建成小康社会的决胜期、全面深化改革的攻坚期、老工业基地全面振兴的关键期，经济结构调整的决战期。辽宁高职外语教学要高度重视外语教学同地方经济的协调发展，为辽宁沿海经济的发展提供强有力的语言支持。Liaoning entered into the decisive period in building a well-off economic restructuring society in an all-round way with comprehensively deepen reform and prosperity of the old industrial base and 2016 is the beginning of implementation of "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in". Liaoning vocational college foreign language teaching should attach great importance to foreign language teaching with the coordinated development of local economy and give powerful language support to the development of Liaoning coastal economic.
