摘　　要："君子远庖厨"有着特定的时代语境,它不仅是孟子"王道政治"的理论基石,也是"动物权利论"的最早萌芽。今天,探讨"君子远疱厨"所蕴含的仁爱之心及其意义,对于缓解人与自然的紧张关系以及人与社会的紧张关系,助推生态文明建设和社会建设,具有重要的时代意义。The ＂ gentleman far kitchen＂ has a specific context of the times. The ＂ gentleman far kitchen＂ is the theoretical basis of Mencius benevolent politics, at the same time is also the earliest theory of ＂animal rights theory ＂. Exploring the benevolence and its significance of ＂ gentleman far kitchen＂ help us to ease the tension between people and nature and society. And it has an important times significance for the construction of ecological civilization and social civilization.
