摘 要:目的基于顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用(HS/SPME-GC-MS)分析法对不同采收期薄荷药材样品中挥发油成分进行研究。方法采用顶空固相微萃取法提取挥发油成分,GC-MS进行分析鉴定,应用峰面积归一化法定量。结果成熟期薄荷药材共检出47种化合物,定性并定量12种化合物,总含量为78.23%。对薄荷生物合成途径中的关键成分左旋柠檬烯、薄荷酮和左旋薄荷醇进行不同采收期的对比,初步确定该种薄荷的最佳采收期为9月。结论该方法可以高效、快速地分析薄荷药材的挥发油成分,为揭示不同采收期薄荷药材中挥发油成分动态变化及确定薄荷药材合理采收期提供基础资料。Objective To determine the chemical compositions of volatile oil extracted from Menthae Haplocalycis Herba (mint) collected during different harvest periods by using headspace solid phase micro-extraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS/SPME-GC-MS). Methods The volatile oils were extracted by the method of headspace solid phase micro-extraction, then the chemical compositions were determined by using GC-MS and quantified by the area normalization method. Results A total of 47 compositions were detected in Menthae Haplocalycis Herba in mature stage, and 12 of those had been identified with the total content to be 78.23%. By comparing with the relative amount of menthone, 1-1imonene and 1-menthol extracted from the herbal medicine samples collected during dif- ferent harvest periods, which are the key components in biosynthesis pathway of the herb, the preliminary determination of the best time to harvest was September. Conclusion The effective and rapid method for the determination of volatile oils provided basis for studying the dynamic changes of the chemical compositions of volatile oil extracted from Menthae Haplocalycis Herba and the proper time to harvest.
