摘  要:基于资源编排与竞争价值框架理论,在动态资源管理过程中强调管理者能动作用的高层管理者长期导向以及资源柔性与企业文化导向的交互作用对企业新产品创造力有重要的影响。在检验高层管理者长期导向、资源柔性与新产品创造力关系的基础上,深入分析了不同类型文化导向对上述关系的调节作用。以206家中国企业为调研对象的实证结果发现:在新产品开发过程中,高层管理者长期导向正向促进资源柔性,资源柔性正向促进新产品创造力;且资源柔性部分中介高层管理者长期导向与新产品创造力之间的关系。柔性文化导向正向调节资源柔性在高层管理者长期导向与新产品创造力之间的中介作用;而控制文化导向对上述关系的调节作用是非线性、倒U型的,即在中等强度的控制文化导向作用下,高层管理者长期导向通过资源柔性对新产品创造力的促进作用最强。By explicitly addressing the role of managers' actions to effectively structure, bundle, and creative use firm resources, resource orchestration in practice has the potential to extend the tmderstanding of resource-based theory and creativity in NPD process. Drawing upon strategic theory, competing values framework and resource orchestration in practice, the efficiency of resource management is conducive to new product creativity. Using 206 Chinese firms as the research objects, first test the direct effect of long-term orientation of top management and resource flexibility on new product creativity, and further analysis the moderating role of culture orientation on the relationship between long-term orientation of top management, resource flexibility and new product creativity. Results show that long-term orientation of top management is positively related to resource flexibility, and resource flexibility is positively related to new product creativity. Resource flexibility mediates the relationship between top management's long-term orientation and new product creativity, and this mediating relationship is conditional on the moderator variable of the cultural orientation of organization. While flexibility orientation positive moderate top manager's long-term orientation through resource flexibility impact new product creativity, control orientation has a nonlinear, inverse U-shaped moderation .
