摘 要:教育公平问题是时代问题,不同时代的教育公平具有不同的旨趣。新世纪以来,由于社会收入差距不断扩大,教育公平的问题随之凸显。经过多年努力,我国教育发展水平有了长足进步,但由于优质教育资源不足以及制度性不公,教育公平问题依然突出。从我国教育发展的现实情况出发,并参照国际教育发展新趋势,新教育公平应在教育平等的基础上,以"高质量的教育"与"实质性的公平"为两翼,终极目标是让每一个人都享有适合自己的优质教育。Education faimess is the issue ofthe times, and different times have different purposes of education fairness. Since the beginning of the new century, due to the widening of the income gap, the problem of educational equity is becoming more and more obvious. After years of efforts, China has made great progress in the development of education, but due to the lack of quality education resources and institutional injustice, the issue of educational equity is still outstanding. From the reality of China's educational development, and according to the new trend in the development of international education, new education fairness should be based on equality in education, with quality education and substantive justice, and the ultimate goal is to let everyone enjoy a quality education.
