摘 要:信息技术的发展和建构主义学习理论的成熟,为基于社会性软件提升农村中小学教师教学胜任力提供了技术和理论支持,该文结合社交网络促进农村中小学教师教学胜任力模型,提出提升策略、建立资源库、构筑成果展示平台、搭建在线导师和多功能聊天室、并依据基于结果管理的理念制定评价制度。通过一年的实证研究,证实了"基于社交网络促进农村中小学教师教学胜任力模型"的可行性,该模型立足实践,具有很强的可操作性,很强的可移植性,也可以尝试用于东部发达地区。The fast development of information technology and the evolution of constructivism learning theory provide technical and theoretical support for my research about the promotion of teachers' teaching competence among rural primary schools and secondary schools which are open for social media in work places. Combining with the original model of promoting teachers' teaching competency by using social networks in rural primary schools and secondary schools, this paper puts forward several promotion strategies and sets up a resource center and builds a results-display platform. Meanwhile, this paper sets up online tutors and multifunctional chatting rooms and builds an evaluation system according to the theory of results-management. After one year's empirical study, it has been proved that the model is workable. The model has been demonstrated that it has been refined from tons of practices and it could be used into lots of documentations. What's more, the author believes that the model can also be applied into the east part of china where is more developed because of its easy-transplantable merit.
