摘 要:随着人们健康意识的提高和甲状腺疾病发病的上升,个体碘营养评价的需求增加。狭义的碘营养评价指标包括膳食碘摄入量、血清碘、甲状腺含碘量、尿碘、乳汁碘。广义的碘营养评价指标还包括甲状腺肿、甲状腺功能、甲状腺球蛋白、智商等。用于个体碘营养评价的甲状腺功能、血清碘、尿碘、食物频率问卷法等各有优缺点.需要尽快提出合适的个体碘营养评价方法及正常参考值范围。With the improvement of people's consciousness on health and the increasing number of thyroid disease, the demand for individual evaluation on iodine nutrition is increasing. Strict iodine nutrition evaluation indexes include dietary iodine intake, serum iodine, thyroid iodine content, urinary iodine, and milk iodine. Generalized iodine nutrition evaluation indexes also include goiter, thyroid function, thyroid globulin, intelligence and so on. Thyroid function, serum iodine, urinary iodine, and food frequency questionnaire for individual iodine nutrition evaluation have advantages and disadvantages. The appropriate individual iodine nutritional evaluation method and the normal reference range need to be put forward.
