摘 要:鲜药活性成分丰富,在某些疾病的防治方面具有着干品所不能替代的良好效果,在我国中医药发展中发挥着重要作用。文章分类介绍了中药鲜药传统和现代保鲜方法,分析了存在的问题,并基于果蔬保藏技术,提出了其在中药保鲜中应用的可能性。最后对中药保鲜技术将来的发展进行了展望。Fresh Chinese medical herbs play an important role on curing disease, which are with natural and abundant of active ingredients. Nothing could substitute for its function. In the paper, traditional and modem fresh - keeping methods of fresh herbs were introduced one by one. Meanwhile, the disadvantage was analyzed. Based on the fresh - keeping technology of fruits and vegetables, the application possibility of it was provided. At last, the development direction of fresh - keeping on fresh post - harvest Chinese medical herbs was concluded.
