摘  要:博士研究生学历教师队伍建设是新建本科院校转型和发展过程中一个非常凸显的问题。当前新建本科院校博士研究生学历教师队伍建设存在教师教学问题、科研问题、心理问题等诸多问题与不足。究其产生原因主要由于学校方面、传统文化方面、学院方面、教师自身方面等多个因素造成。为此,需要从学校方面制定恰切的管理制度,学院层面切实培养好博士研究生学历教师,博士研究生学历教师自身提高自身素养,社会方面对博士研究生学历教师具备恰切的期望值。Construction of the teacher staff of mastering doctoral degree in newly-built undergraduate colleges and univer- sities is a very prominent problem in the process of the transformation and development. There are problems as teacher's teaching and scientific research problems, psychological problems, and many other problems and deficiencies. Their reasons mainly lie in the school, the traditional culture, colleges, teachers themselves, and many other factors. Therefore, we need to develop proper management system from the aspect of school, and cultivate teacher team of mastering doctoral degree from school levels, improve their accomplishment from teacher themselves of mastering Doctoral Degree, and to Put forward the proper expectation to them from the social aspect.
