摘　　要：环境工程专业是一门交叉学科,且具有很强的实践性。在实施校外实习、实践过程中,指导教师是校外实习的中坚力量,完善的实习实践体系是实习过程顺利的必要条件,行之有效的实习评价方法是校外实习成果和成效的保障。Environment engineering specialty is an interdisciplinary and has the feature of strong practicality. Instructors are expected to be dominant force in guiding off-campus internship in the process of carrying out internship and practice. Full-fledged practice system is necessary requirement to make the practice go smoothly, what＇ s more, effective evaluation methods with regard to off-campus internship can ensure the achievements and efficiency of the practical teaching.
