摘　　要：新建地方本科院校作为占据高等教育半壁江山的主体,势必要在教育治理现代化的进程中,充分发挥学校内部力量,以教授治学作为其教育内部治理的主要模式。鉴于新建地方本科院校升本时间较短,学术根基较薄弱等原因,其教授治学也必然存在诸多需要不断完善和改进之处,以确保新建地方本科院校发挥其独特的地域性作用。Newly-upgraded local universities, as the main part of almost half higher education, will inevitably give full play to internal forces in the process of education management modernization by taking professors＇ academic management as the main mode of internal management. In view of the shortcomings of the newly-upgraded local universities like shorter time upgrade as well as weak academic foundations there must exist something that needs constant perfection and improvement to ensure that the new local universities can play its unique role of localization..
