摘  要:目的:研究裂褶菌发酵物对模拟缺氧大鼠糖代谢关键酶活性的影响。方法:采用小鼠密闭缺氧存活实验筛选抗缺氧功能发酵物,考察裂褶菌发酵物对大鼠神经元细胞缺氧缺糖损伤保护作用,并研究其对缺氧大鼠骨骼肌(腓肠肌)、左心室和右心室心肌的琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性的影响。结果:裂褶菌发酵物具有显著的抗缺氧功能,在一定浓度范围内可显著提高缺氧缺糖神经元细胞的存活率。裂褶菌发酵物可显著提高左心室琥珀酸脱氢酶活性,同时对右心室的琥珀酸脱氢酶活性具有一定的影响。结论:裂褶菌发酵物的抗缺氧机制与提高心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶活性有关。Objective:To investigate the effect of Schizophyllum commune fermented broth(SCFB)on the activity of glycometabolism key enzymes in hypoxia rats.Methods:Anti-hypoxia functional fermented broth were screened by acute hypoxic experiment with mouse.Then the protective effect of SCFB on neurons after oxygen-glucose deprivation in the rats were investigated,followed by the study of the effect on the activity of succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)from skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle of hypoxia rats.Results:SCFB showed remarkable anti-hypoxia function,and it could increase the survival rate of neurons after oxygen-glucose deprivation within a certain concentration range.SCFB could significantly improve the activity of the left ventricular SDH,and it also had effect on the activity of SDH in the right ventricle.Conclusion:The anti-hypoxia mechanism of SCFB is related to the increase of the SDH activity in myocardium.
