摘　　要：随着国家对创新教育重视程度的提升,创新型人才培养成为众多高校的重要培养目标。通过对高职院校学生创新能力和创新型人才培养现状的分析,结合湖州职业技术学院专利小班创新人才培养实践过程的思考总结,探讨了创新型人才培养路径,并提出了创新型人才培养的对策。With the increasing recognitionon of innovative education in China, innovative talents training becomes the essential part of higher education. The paper analyzes innovative abilities of higher vocational college students and the currentt situation of innovative talents training. By analyzing innovative talents of patent class in Huzhou Vocational ＆ Technical College,the paper puts forward a training way of innovative talents in higher vocational college and discusses cultivating strategies of innovative talents.
