摘  要:为了获得茶树的体胚,本研究以福鼎大白、碧香早和白毫早的自然杂交实生种子为外植体,进行组织培养及植株再生研究。通过优化不同浓度的植物生长调节剂组合以及不同培养基和不同光照的预处理,探索茶树体胚诱导及增殖的适宜培养基和培养条件。结果表明:体胚诱导培养基:B5+6-BA 3.5~4 mg/L+IBA 1.5 mg/L^2 mg/L;MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L^2.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L为理想的继代增殖培养基。本研究对茶树体胚诱导及植株再生提供了一定的借鉴意义。In this resea rch, in order to obtain tea plant embryos, natural hybridization seeds of Fuding Dabai,Bixiangzao and Baihaozao were used as explants for tissue culture and plantlet regeneration. By optimizing the combination of different concentrations of plant growth regulator and the pretreatment of different medium and illumination, the suitable culture medium and conditions for the induction and proliferation of tea plant embryos were explored. The results showed that the embryo induction culture medium: B5+6-BA 3.5~4 mg/L+IBA 1.5 mg/L^2 mg/L; MS +6-BA 2.0mg/~2.5 mg/L +IBA 0.2 mg/L was the ideal subculture multiplication medium. This research provided a reference for the tea tree embryo induction and plant regeneration.
