摘  要:在泥沙室内试验研究中,一直缺少高效、方便的含沙量测量手段。室内含沙量测量多采用过滤烘干法,很大程度上影响了试验的效率和成果的质量。基于OBS 3+传感器开发了含沙量测量系统应用于泥沙试验研究,可以通过控制采集计算机上的软件界面设置测量参数并实现含沙量自动、连续测量,采集的数据经过RS232通讯电缆存储在计算机上。通过系统标定,得到标定曲线和含沙量转换公式,用于将浊度数据转换为含沙量。通过在泥沙试验中测量含沙量,说明该含沙量测量系统操作简单、方便,测量结果稳定、准确。There are very few effective and convenient sediment concentration measurement methods in sedi- ment laboratory experimental research. The usually used method in laboratory sediment concentration measurement is the oven drying method, which has great influence on the efficiency of test and the quality of the achievements. Laboratory sediment concentration measurement system has been developed based on OBS 3+ transducers and ap- plied in sediment experiment research. The automatic and continuous measurement can be realized by setting suit- able measurement parameters in the software interface installed in a computer used for controlling the system and collecting turbidity data (NTU). The collected data is transmitted to the computer where it is stored. The calibration curve and sediment concentration transfer formula that is used for computing sediment concentration with the turbid- ity data ean be obtained through system calibration. The application of the system in laboratory sediment movement tests shows that the operation is simple and convenient and that the result is stable and accurate.
