摘 要:恶性黑素瘤是皮肤科恶性肿瘤之一,具有高度侵袭性和转移能力,致死率高,预后极差。目前认为发病与多个异常信号转导通路相关,但具体机制尚未阐明。Notch信号通路中多个受体及配体通过参与肿瘤血管再生、改变肿瘤细胞黏附性等行为参与黑素瘤的发生和转移,并与肿瘤发生有关的其他途径中的细胞相互作用,从而影响黑素瘤的命运。Melanoma, one of the malignant tumors in dermatology, has high invasive and metastatic capability, mortality, and poor prognosis. Currently, its occurrence is considered to be related to several abnormal signaling pathways, but the definite pathogenesis remains unclear. Notch receptors and their ligands are involved in the occurrence and metastasis of melanoma by regulating tumor angiogenesis and changing the adhesiveness of tumor cells, and affect the fate of melanoma by interacting with cells in other signaling pathways related to tumorigenesis.
