摘  要:在当今形势下,高职院校实行现代学徒制教育具有非常重要的意义,不仅有利于高素质技能型人才的培养,更有利于促进校企之间的深度合作、促进就业和改善民生,实现学校、企业及社会等多方互利共赢。2015年5月,成都农业职业科技学院被教育部纳入全国首批现代学徒制试点单位,10个专业进行了各种形式的学徒制探索与实践,虽取得一定的基础经验和成绩,但仍需积极探索符合本专业特色的"个性化定制"的现代学徒制发展模式,推进现代职业教育长效发展。Modem apprenticeship education in vocational colleges has great significance at present, beneficial not only to the training of highly competent personnel, but also to the in-depth cooperation between enterprise and college and the promotion of employment and people's livelihood: achieving multiple wins for multiple sides. In May 2015, Chengdu Agricultural Vocational College was officially listed in the first batch of trial implementation of modem apprenticeship system by the Ministry of Education, and in ten majors of CAVC, the exploration and practice of modem apprenticeship system have been carried out. Despite its primary experiences and achievements, we still have to construct the individualized uniqueness models of modem apprenticeship based on our majors characteristics, all for sustainable development of modem vocational education.
