有效教学的内在标准:过程、质量与结果——基于R.M.加涅的学习理论视角

摘　　要：近年来,对课程教学有效性的追问与探索已经成为我国教育理论与实践研究的热点问题,对有效教学的研究更是核心问题之一。本文从有效教学的本质内涵入手,认为教学的有效性应体现在课堂的发展性品质和学生的发展上;同时,以R.M.加涅的学习理论为视角,探讨加涅学习理论对有效教学的三个内在标准——过程标准、质量标准和结果标准的内在规定。In recent years,the exploration of teaching effectiveness has become a hot issue in the study of educational theory and practice in our country,and the research on effective teaching is one of the core issues.This paper starts with the essential connotation of effective teaching,and holds that the effectiveness of teaching should be reflected in the developmental quality of the class and the development of students. The paper discusses the internal standard of effective teaching based on R. M. Gagne＇s learning theory： the process standard,the quality standard and the result standard.
