保健型袋泡山苦茶的工艺研究

摘　　要：以昆仑雪菊、山苦茶、麦冬、冰糖为原料研制保健型袋泡山苦茶。结果表明,昆仑雪菊添加量0.5 g,冰糖添加量2.5 g,麦冬添加量3.0 g,山苦茶添加量2.0 g时,产品感官品质最佳。用250 m L开水浸泡3 min时口感最佳,该茶是一种口感柔和、补肾益气、凝神助眠的营养复合保健茶。The development of health type bag mallotusfuretianus taking Kunlun chrysanthemum, Mallotus furetianus,Ophiopogon japonicus,sugar as raw materials. The results show that the Kunlun chrysanthemum is 0.5 g,sugar content is2.5 g,Ophiopogon japonicus is 3.0 g,Mallotus furetianus dosage 2.0 g is the best sensory quality;with 250 m L boiling water soaking for 3 min. It is a nutrient compound health tea.
