摘　　要：长久以来,因国家政策、发展定位、招生方式等多种因素不同,民办高校与公办高校的用人方式及管理体制有很大的不同。民办高校教师的工作任务相比公办高校来说更加繁杂、多样。因此,如何更加全面、合理、准确地考核一个教师的实际工作情况成为了众多民办高校管理者面临的实际问题。本文以绩效考评理论为依据,结合民办高校的现实特点,为民办高校教师设计了一套较为完善的绩效考评指标体系,并且为其设计了一个更加高效的在线考评软件系统,让绩效考核更加便捷,对于众多同类型的民办高校来说,具有较高的参考价值和一定的借鉴意义。For a long time, because of national policy, development localization, many factors such as different admissions way, private colleges and universities in the way of choose and employ persons and the management system is very different. Private colleges teachers work tasks than public colleges and universities is more complex and diverse. Therefore, how to more comprehensive, more reasonable and accurate assessment of the actual working status of a teacher has become a practical problem facing managers of many private colleges. In this paper, based on performance evaluation theory, combining with the reality of private colleges, for private colleges teachers design a set of relatively complete performance evaluation index system, and design an online evaluation software system of a more efficient, make performance appraisal more convenient, for many of the same type private colleges, which has higher reference value and significance.
