摘 要:心脏听诊是心脏疾病诊治过程中的重要环节,针对临床听诊操作有限、典型病例缺乏、模拟声音不真实、听诊意识淡化等问题,应用以仿真电子标准化病人为基础导入临床病例,通过典型病例和听诊内容的横向和纵向交叉教学,显著巩固了听诊理论知识,提高了学生的学习兴趣和临床操作能力,取得了良好的教学效果。Cardiac auscultation is a key component in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. Due to the limitations of clinical teaching of cardiac examination such as lack of auscultation practice and typical cases,inauthentic simulated heart sounds and ignorance of its importance,typical clinical cases were used based on the electronic human analogue in the teaching and practice of cardiac auscultation. By using horizontal and vertical crossover teaching methods of heart auscultation,the theoretical knowledge,students' learning interests as well as ability of clinical practice were greatly improved,and good teaching effect was also achieved.
