摘  要:玉米是我国农产品中除稻谷以外的第二大农作物,其消费主要包括食用消费、饲料消费和工业消费。近年来,我国工业玉米呈现快速增长趋势,但是工业玉米副产物却未得到有效利用,导致产品附加值较低,严重制约了行业快速稳定发展。通过综述工业玉米主要副产品玉米皮的精深加工技术进展,以期为工业玉米生产企业提供参考。Corn is the second largest crop with the exception of rice in China. It is mainly processed for the applications of foods, feed, and industrial consumption. Recently, corn industrial has shown a trend of rapid growth in China, but corn byproducts has not been employed sufficiently,resulting in low value- added products. And it seriously restricts the stable and rapid development of corn industry. This paper summarizes the intensive and profound processing technology of corn husk,which is the main byproduct of industrial corn products.
