试论高职学生社团对学生素质提升的作用

摘　　要："十三五"规划中提出了大力发展职业教育的宏伟战略,高职院校为了响应国家教育战略而不断扩大自主招生规模,导致高职院校生源质量严重下滑。高职学生素质的高低直接影响我国经济建设,提升高职学生素质是一个迫切需要解决的问题,而高职院校的学生社团为提升学生的综合素质搭建了良好的平台。文章从学生社团的功能着手,对高职学生社团现状进行分析,发现学生社团存在制度不完善、社团活动缺乏创新、发展不均衡等问题,创新性地提出了从制度建设、场地保障、品牌社团打造等方面进一步完善社团建设,促进学生素质提升。According to the ＂Thirteen Five-Year Plan＂, vocational education is vigorously developed. In order to respond to the national education strategy, higher vocational colleges have expanded the scale of self-enrollment, resulting in a serious decline in the quality of students in higher vocational colleges. It is clear that the quality of vocational students has affected economic construction in our country, so it is an urgent need to solve the problem with the help of the platform promoting students quality provided by students associations of higher vocational colleges. Basing on the functions of students＇ associations, the author analyzes its status quo and finds out that there are some problems in students associations, such as imperfect systems, lacking innovation in associations activities, then explores innovative proposes from system construction, site security and brand build- ing, to further improve associations building, in order to promote students quality.
