摘  要:目的:研究理科学生与文科学生学习护理知识和护理操作技术的能力。方法:对于混合编班的学生,在相同的教学条件下,采用统一的人才培养计划、教学大纲和教材实施教学,将理论考试成绩、实践操作考试成绩和临床实习成绩分为文科组和理科组进行对比分析。结果:两组学生28门课的理论成绩比较,其及格率仅有4门的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),优良率也仅有5门次差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3门课的实践操作考试成绩比较,其及格率全部为100%,优良率的差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床实习成绩的优良率也全部为100%。结论:文科学生在理论考试成绩、实践操作考试成绩和临床实习成绩等各方面表现都很好,是完全可以完成护理专业的学习任务的,所以护理专业文理兼收是可行的。Objective:to study the ability to learn nursing knowledge and operation of nursing specialty students from science and liberal art classes.Methods:teaching the arts and sciences students in a coclass with same talent training plan,teaching syllabus and textbooks in the same conditions,compare and analyze the results of theory exam,practice test scores and clinical practice scores of two groups of arts students and sciences students.Results:in comparison of the results of theory exam of 28 courses in two groups students,there was only four courses pass rate had difference statistical significance(P 〈0.05),only 5 courses good rate had difference statistical significance(P〉0.05) in comparison of 3 practice tests scores in two groups of students,the pass rate was 100%,and the difference so of good rate had no significance.The difference of good rate of clinical practice scores is also 100%.Conclusion:the arts students performing all well in theory exam,practice test and clinical practice,they can complete the nursing learning tasks completely; the recruitment of arts and sciences students teaching in a co-class in nursing major is feasible.
