摘  要:提高用人单位对高职毕业生的满意度是高职院校质量建设的重中之重。通过对上海部分用人单位的调查结果显示,用人单位对高职毕业生总体满意度高,但对部分专项能力如组织管理能力、创新精神与能力等满意度较低,尤其是外语能力。学校应通过分析影响用人单位满意度的深层次原因,分别从深化校企合作人才培养模式、加强高职学生职业能力的培养、协同建立基于大数据的技术技能人才需求预测系统等方面着手,提高综合实践能力,以获得较高的满意度,在竞争激烈的职场中获得竞争优势。It is the top priority of quality construction in higher vocational colleges to improve the satisfaction of employers to higher vocational graduates T he survey results of part of higher vocational colleges in Shanghai showed that employers for college graduates overall satisfaction is high.However some special abilities such as organization management ability,innovation spirit and ability,especially foreign language ability,are lower.It is important for the schools to analyze the deep- seated influencing factors of employer satisfaction.In order to improve the students' comprehensive practical abilities,to obtain a higher degree of satisfaction,and to obtain the competitive advantage in the fierce competition in the workplace finally,schools should deepen the reform of personnel training mode based on cooperation between school and enterprise,strengthen the training of occupation ability of vocational students,and establish technical skill talent demand forecasting system based on big data collaboratively.
