PBL模式在妇产科教学中的应用效果评价与启示

摘　　要：PBL主要是以问题为基础,引导学生主动学习和寻找答案的一种学习模式。在妇产科教学中,将部分内容编写PBL案例教学并与传统教学模式进行了比较。结果提示:PBL模式能有效地激发学生的学习兴趣、调动学习积极性、提高团队合作意识、信息管理能力和分析推理归纳能力和综合素质,促进教学互动,提高教学质量。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the applying effects of problem-based learning （PBL） based on cases analysis in ob- stetrics and gynecology teaching. The results showed PBL mode could efficiently motivate student＇ learning interest and improve clinical thinking ability. PBL teaching mode was superior to the traditional one and could improve the teaching quality.
