摘  要:医学影像科是住院医师规范化培训过程中的一个重要组成部分。传统的住院医师培训模式已经难以充分调动住院医师的学习兴趣和学习自主性。基于PACS系统的PBL教学法以其独特的自身优势,通过以问题为中心进行影像病例的分析,通过培养住院医师借助影像思维和手段进行临床实践能力的锻炼,可以充分调动住院医师学习的积极性和主动性,在提高住院医师临床思维能力方面起着积极重要的作用。Medical imaging is an important component in the process of resident standardization training. The traditional resident training model has been unable to fully arouse the enthusiasm and autonomy of resident learning. PBL teaching method based on PACS system has its unique advantages, by analyzing the image case centering on the problem, by cultivating residents with the aid of image thinking and method for clinical practice ability exercise, can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of learning resident, PBL teaching method based on PACS plays a positive role in improving the clinical thinking ability of the resident.
