摘 要:通过分析GA308型浆纱机在烘燥过程中的热量利用情况,发现烘燥过程热量损失较大,主要包括冷凝水散失热量、疏水阀泄漏蒸汽热量及烘筒壁散失热量这三方面。由此设计了GA308型浆纱机烘燥系统节能方案,即将原有疏水阀定容量排放冷凝水改为温度控制排放法,即当温度传感器测得烘筒内的冷凝水温度低于工艺设定值下限值时,气控球阀开启,排放冷凝水;反之,气控球阀关闭;采用PLC控制系统,利用温度控制排放法减少了疏水阀的排放次数,降低了疏水阀泄漏的蒸汽热量;使用保温材料海泡石敷设于烘筒表面裸露部分,减少了烘筒壁热量散失。采用该设计方案可以将烘燥过程的热量利用率由57.973%提高到63.351%。By analyzing the heat utilization in drying process with GA308 type sizing machine , it is found that the heat loss is very large from three aspects of condensed water heat loss, leakage of steaming heat and heat loss by cylinder wall. Energy saving scheme for drying system of GA308 type sizing machine is designed. The condensed water discharge is controlled by temperature instead of by volume, that is when the actual temperature of condensate less than the set temperature limit, the pneumatic ball valves open and the condensed water discharges. PLC control system is adopted, which can reduce the discharging and the heat leakage of the steam. Heat preservation material sepiolite is plated on the exposed part of cylinder surface to reduce heat loss. The heat utilization rate of the reformed sizing machine can be improved from 57.973% to 63.351%.
