摘　　要：本科生导师制是一种有效提高教育质量和学生素质的教育方法,有助于培养学生独立思考和批判思维素养。广西医科大学公共卫生学院在借鉴其他医学院校的基础上实行预防医学专业本科生导师制的培养模式,在实施过程中发现了诸多问题。文章主要从学生、导师、学院三个层面对所遇问题进行探讨。The undergraduate tutorial system is beneficial for the improvement of students＇ independent thinking and critical thinking ability. This article discusses the system mainly from three aspects of the students,the tutor and the institute based on the practice in preventive medicine.
