摘　　要：结合四川理工学院《有机化学》课程改革的现状,总结和探讨了在创新工程教育人才培养模式、深化工程教育改革背景下,化工类工程专业的《有机化学》基础课程的改革思路、初步经验和心得。通过引入CDIO教学理念、改进教学模式和优化课程内容,提升教学质量,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的能力和综合素质,使《有机化学》课程更好的服务于高素质工程人才的培养。The current situations and achievements of the reforms and practices of Organic Chemisty in the field of chemical engineering majors in Sichuan University of Science ＆ Engineering were summarized and discussed based on the CDIO engineering education concept. By introducing CDIO education ideas, improving the teaching modes and optimizing teaching contents, the course reform showed its effectiveness in the cultivation of excellent engineering talents, which improved education quality, strengthened the students＇ initiative and cultivated their ability and comprehensive quality.
