摘　　要：为探讨外包装对黄柠檬常温储藏的影响,选用橙子箱、红塑料筐、泡沫箱、蓝塑料筐、纸箱5种不同外包装材料常温储藏黄柠檬,研究果实失重率、色差、硬度、果皮细胞膜相对渗透率的变化。结果表明,泡沫箱和纸箱储藏的柠檬保水较好;泡沫箱色差(ΔE*)最高值在各处理中最低,未出现返青现象;硬度则是相对密封的橙子箱、泡沫箱、纸箱较好;保持细胞膜的完整性较好的是红筐、纸箱、橙子箱。综上比较,泡沫箱整体效果较为理想,在储藏销售过程中失重率较低、颜色变化较小、硬度较高,纸箱次之,且泡沫箱和纸箱的应用成本相对较低。Used orange box, red plastic crate, foam box, blue plastic crate and carton box as different packaging materials, the influence of outer packaging box on storage of Yellow lemon at room temperature was studied in this paper. The changes of weight loss rate, color, hard- ness, the peel cell membrane relative permeability of lemon fruits were researched. The results showed that the foam box and carton box had better water retention effect. The highest value aberration （ AE ＊ ） of foam box was the minimum in all packaging materials and using foam box did not appear turning green phenomenon. The orange box, foam box, carton box had the advantage of good tightness, so using these bo- xes get good fruit hardness. Using red box, carton, orange box was good for the cell membrane integrity. All in all, the foam box is good for getting lower weight loss rate, smaller color change, higher fruit hardness in the process of storage, followed by carton box, and the applica- tion cost of the foam box and the carton are lower than the others.
