摘 要:针对小号码可动心轨道岔的需求,通过对传统单肢弹性可弯结构心轨的理论分析,结合小号码可动心轨道岔的结构特点,采用新型可动心轨形式——枢轴式的可动心轨辙叉。该辙叉采用心轨插入组件,并人为设定枢轴使之作为旋转中心,实现心轨可动从而消除有害空间的目的,并通过枢轴与垫板轴孔的配合,对心轨插入组件进行限位。这种新型可动心轨形式有效减小了心轨转换所需要的纵向长度,避免了过大的心轨扳动力以及因后端不足位移产生的道岔几何形位病害。According to the demand of small number moveable-point turnout,based on the theoretical analysis of the traditional single-limb elastic flexible structure point rail, combined with the structure characteristics of small number moveable-point turnout, a new type of movable-point rail--pivot type movable-point frog was used. The frog adopts point rail insert component, and sets pivot artificially as the rotation center, to achieve the purpose of eliminating the harmful space. Through the shaft hole fit of the pivot and the plate, the insert component of the point rail is limited. This new type of movable-point frog structure effectively reduces the longitudinal length required for transfer of the point rail, avoids the excessive pulling force for transfer of the point rail and geometry disease of the turnout due to insufficient displacement of frog back-end.
