摘　　要：义和利的关系是随着中国社会的不断发展,人们经常遇到的问题,也是长期存在争论的问题。一般而言,义是指伦理道德规范,利即利益、功利,指物质层面。人们对义与利所持有的不同态度和观点,就是义利观。先秦诸子有诸多大学问家在研究这类问题,其中儒家学派的思想较具代表性。义利思想作为儒家思想的重要组成部分,对中国社会的发展产生着极其深远的影响。众所周知,中国伟大的思想家、如家学派创始人孔子,以及孟子和荀子他们的义利观基本代表了儒家的义利观,对其义利思想进行研究具有重要的意义。With the continuous development of Chinese society, the relationship between justice and benefit is a long-standing controversial issue that people encounter frequently. Generally speaking, justice refers to ethical norms; benefit is interest.utility referring to material level. People hold different attitudes and opinions towards justice and benefit, which is the views of justice and benefit. Many scholars in Pre- Qin studied this kind of issue, among which thought of Confucian School is relatively typical. As an impor- tant part of Confucianism, thought of justice and benefit has a profound influence on the development of Chinese society. As everyone knows, Confucius is a Chinese great thinker, founder of Confucianism. The views of justice and benefit of Confucius.Meneius and Xunzi basically represent Confucian views of justice and benefit. They have important significances to researches and studies of the Confucian thought of justice and benefit.
