摘 要:风电齿轮箱结构和工作条件特殊,使其故障机制复杂。为此提出了一种基于小波分解和能量谱相结合的风电齿轮箱故障诊断方法。首先是齿轮箱振动信号进行时域特征分析,观察特征参数的变化趋势,然后对变化特征最明显的振动信号进行功率谱分析,进行故障定位,最后结合小波能量谱对齿轮箱进行故障诊断。通过风电齿轮箱的故障实例,能准确地诊断出其故障形式和位置,说明该方法具有一定的工程意义。A diagnosis method based on wavelet decomposition and energy spectrum was proposed due to the complex failure mechanism caused by the particular mechanical structure and special working conditions. First, the character- istics in time domain of vibration signal of gearbox were analyzed and the change trend of characteristic parameters were observed, then vibration signal whose characteristics vary most significantly is analyzed to locate fault by energy spectrum. Finally, the fault diagnosis of the wind turbine gearbox was conducted by the utilization of wavelet energy spectrum. The fault form and location could be diagnosed accurately by the fault example of the wind turbine gear- box ,which shows the proposed method is valuable for engineering.
