摘 要:2016年国家对于新能源电动车的生产资质放开,电动汽车得到了大力度的推广。随着电动汽车的普及和发展,其碰撞安全性能急需得到有效保障,国家标准对电动汽车的安全性能也提出了具体要求。对某电动汽车进行车身结构及工艺方面的改进,提升其侧面碰撞车辆安全吸能特性,使其满足国家标准GB 20071—2006《汽车侧面碰撞的乘员保护》及GB/T 31498—2015《电动汽车碰撞后安全要求》的相关要求,并对更改进行了实车碰撞验证。With the release of new energy electric vehicle production qualification in 2016, electric vehicles have been greatly promoted. However, with the popularization and development of electric vehicles, their collision safety perform- ance needs to be effectively guaranteed. To ensure the collision safety performance of electric vehicles, national laws and regulations have also made specific requirements. The body structure and process of an electric car were modified to enhance the vehicle side impact safety and energy absorption characteristics, which can meet the national regulations GB 20071--2006 Automobile Side Impact Occupant Protection and GB/T 31498--2015 Electric Vehicle Collision Safety Requirements of Relevant requirements. The changes have gone through real vehicle crash tests.
