摘　　要：金属有机化学是有机化学专业的一门分支学科,开设金属有机化学课程体系对学科建设及人才培养起到关键的作用,同时有利于满足地方高校对金属有机合成及应用的需要。文章从金属有机化学课程的作用、教学目标及任务、教学方法及手段、相关教材及师资队伍方面进行了探索和分析。Organometallic chemistry is a branch discipline of organic chemistry, setting up organometallic chemistry course system will play a crucial role in discipline construction and talent cultivation. At the same time, which is conducive to satisfy the need for metal organic synthesis and the application in local normal universities. In this paper, we explored and analysied the effect, teaching objectives and tasks, the teaching methods and means, related teaching materials and staff.
