摘  要:成果导向教育理念在人才培养质量提升方面具有十分显著的作用,在国外已得到较为广泛的应用。作为最早应用成果导向教育理念之一的高校,邓迪大学医学院在学习成果确定、课程体系设计及教学环境优化等方面进行了教育改革,取得了显著成效。针对当前我国教育发展面临的困境,借鉴国外成功的经验,我国高校应实现四大转变:一是树立成果导向教育理念,由"重投入"向"重产出"转变;二是建立持续评估机制,由"重外部监管"向"重内部驱动"转变;三是探寻教学方法的多样化,由"以教为中心"向"以学为中心"转变;四是加强师生交流互动,由"单一主体参与"向"多元主体参与"转变。The concept of outcome-based education( OBE) plays a great role in improving the quality of talent development and has been widely applied abroad. As one of the earliest colleges and universities to apply the concept of outcome- based education,the medical college of University of Dundee has made remarkable achievements in the identification of the learning outcomes,the design of curriculum system and the optimization of teaching environment. So colleges and universities should realize four changes combining with the current predicament of education in our country: set up the concept of outcome- based education,changing from emphasizing the"input"to the"output"; establish continuous assessment mechanism,changing from emphasizing the "external supervision "to the "internal drive "; explore the diversification of teaching methods,changing from "teacher-centeredness"to "student-centeredness"; strengthen the communication and interaction between teachers and students,changing from"participation of single subject"to"participation of multiple subject".
