摘 要:焊接技术专业是一个技术性较强、知识面相对集中的专业。随着工业技术的高速发展,我国已经成为世界焊接产业大国,急需大量焊接技术人才。在中德合作办学背景下,针对高职焊接专业项岗实习出现的问题,结合焊接企业特点,提出了提高顶岗实习质量的对策,从顶岗实习管理制度、校企合作方法、校内外指导教师管理能力、学生自身素质培养4个方面进行了探索与实践。Welding technology is a specialty with strong technical and professional knowledge centralized. With the rapid development of industrial technology, China has become the world's welding industrial power, badly in need of a large number of welding technical talents. Under the background of Sino-German cooperation in running schools, this article in view of the higher vocational professional welding post practice problems, combining with the characteristics of welding enterprises, put forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of post practice from post practice management system, method of cooperation between school and enterprise, inside and outside school teacher management, students' quality training four aspects to carry out exploration and practice.
