摘　　要：食品的经验品和信誉品特性引发了食品安全问题,基于供应链构建食品可追溯系统可以逆转食品市场的信息不对称现象,极大的改善了食品安全现状。文中分析了食品可追溯系统的主要参与主体,从供应链的角度设计了食品供应链可追溯系统总体架构,并以苹果为研究对象对可追溯系统进行了例证分析。The nature of food as experience good and credence good has triggered food safety issues. The construction of food traceability system can greatly reverse the asymmetric information of food market and improve food safety situation. This article carries out a deep analysis of food supply chain and the participating bodies of food traceability system. From the perspective of supply chain,it designs the overall structure of food supply chain traceability system. Apple supply chain has been chosen to exemplify the implementation of traceability system.
