摘 要:在市场经济高速发展的背景下,现代教育管理普遍存在教育目标崇尚效率、教育过程追求量化可控及教育评价倾向优胜劣汰的管理导向,最终导致生命的生成性发展在现代教育管理中处于弱势地位。由此,教育管理活动应注重对生命发展需要的关怀,秉持使人成其自身的教育管理理念,并以满足人之发展需要的教育管理目的,建立教育管理中各主体间平等和谐的交往关系,最终走向"成人"的教育管理。In the context of rapid development of market-oriented economy, modem educational management is oriented by efficiency in the goal of education, quantifiable and controllable process as well as survival of the fittest in evaluation, putting life generative development in a disadvantaged place. Therefore, it is vital for educational management to have humanistic care on life development and adhere to the principle of helping them become themselves, furthermore, establish harmonious and equal relationship between teachers and students through their interaction for the purpose of satisfying the need of life development.
