摘  要:"两化融合"不断深化的背景下,现代企业中ERP的应用领域越来越广泛,对信息管理与信息系统、电子商务及物联网等信息管理类专业培养的ERP应用型本科人才需求的数量不断增加,人才质量的要求也不断提升。文章在分析"两化融合"、"工业4.0"与"互联网+"背景下对信息管理类专业学生在"知识、能力、素质"3个层面人才需求的基础上,探索通过调整ERP人才的培养目标,形成"懂管理与技术"、"熟悉企业流程和IT技术发展"、"能够理论与实践结合"的ERP应用型本科人才的培养模式和培养体系,并从课程设置、实践环节、跨专业实训及校企合作等方面进行教育教学改革,以期培养出能适应社会需求的ERP人才。With the development and deepening of "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization", ERP has found an increasingly wide utilization in modern enterprises, and going along with this, the needs of undergraduate ERP application talents studied information management are growing. In order to produce talents who can meet the needs of the society, this paper tries to form a new talent training mode and a training system under the background of "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization", "Industrial 4. 0" and "lnternet +", and based on three levels of talent demand "knowledge, ability and quality" for ERP applied undergraduates by adjusting the ERP talent training goal, reforming practice, the Trans-Major training pattern and the university-enterprise cooperation mode. It is supposed that those undergraduates who were trained in the system could understand both management and technology, were familiar with both business processes and IT technology development and knew to combine theory with practice.
