摘  要:Coursera的创立与运营成为MOOC创新扩散的一种成功典范。它开启了"互联网+教育"的有效模式,搅动了世界MOOC市场。Coursera以普及世界一流的高等教育为价值目标和教育愿景,以创建国际化的在线课程交易市场为运营目标,构筑了一套"免费共享&增值服务"的运营模式,保证了自身的长足发展。Coursera开发了免费课程、学分课程、签名认证课程、专项课程及商学位课程等学习资源,在保证多元化MOOC产品线和服务线的同时,凭借投资机构、高等教育院所和知名网络服务商"三维一体"的协同运营团队,实施了面向全球的本土化扩张战略,逐步占领了世界课程市场,拓宽了办学范围和教育影响力。Because of establishment and successful operation,Coursera becames anexample of MOOCs in the process of innovation diffusion. It creates an effective mode of "Internet & Education" and stirs the development of MOOC markets in the world. With thegoals of popularization of first-class higher education in the world and creation of an inter-national trade market of online courses,Coursera constructs a business model of "free shar-ing & value-added services" for its sustainable development. And it develops free courses,credit courses,signature track courses,specializations,i MBA and other diversified MOOCproducts and services,meanwhile,Coursera takes local innovation as a global strategy tocapture the world course market gradually and enhance operating schools and its own edu-cational influence depending on a collaborative innovation team including investors,univer-sities,well-known network service providers and other institutions.
