摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学法在ICD编码带教的应用价值。方法将2014年7月-2016年6月研究对象随机分为2组:对照组11人,观察组11人,对照组学生采用传统教学法,观察组学生采用PBL教学法,通过进行理论及操作考核比较教学效果。结果对照组理论成绩平均为(80.0±9.2)分,操作成绩平均为(78.2±9.1)分,观察组理论成绩平均为(88.9±7.6)分,操作成绩平均为(88.5±7.9)分,观察组成绩明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论将PBL理念融入病案信息管理的ICD编码教学中,对于提高学生自主学习能力、提升学生对专业相关知识理解和应用能力等方面有重要作用。Objective Discusses the application of PBL teaching method in the ICD coding teaching value. Meth- ods Will be in July 2014 - June 2016 subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups : The control group 11 people and Ob- servation group 11 people. The control group students were taken in traditional teaching methods, and Observation group of students were taken in PBL teaching method. Comparing theory and operation assessment teaching effect were evaluted. Re- sults Control group theory results averaged ( 80. 0 ~ 9. 2 ) points, and Operation of the average was (78.2 ~ 9. 1 ) points. Theory of observation group of average score was ( 88.9 ~ 7.6 ) points, and Operation of the average was ( 88.5 ~ 7.9 ). Ob- servation group was obviously higher than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Incorporate the concept of PBL in medical record information management ICD coding teaching, the improvement of students' autonomous learning ability, En- hancing students understanding of professional knowledge and application ability, etc, play an important role.
