摘  要:在我国供给侧结构性改革的宏观背景下,中职教育供给数量大于受教育个体的实际需求,以及供给质量不能满足受教育个体的求学需求等问题日益凸显。基于国家提高人力资本存量和劳动者个人终生可持续发展的需要,中职教育亟需进行供给侧改革。为此,要以提升质量为准绳,调整中职教育供给规模;以督导评价为手段,提高中职教育供给质量;以开拓创新为动力,保证中职教育供给侧改革。In the macro backdrop of national reform of the supply front, the issues become increasingly prominent that the supply is greater than the actual demand in secondary vocational education and the quality of supply cannot meet the actual needs. It is imperative to realize the goal of promoting transformation from the size-driven to quality-driven development through supply-side reform since our county is in urgent demand of increasing human capital stock, and the beneficial abilities that last for life are wanted by workers.Therefore, the quantity supplied is ought to be adjusted to guarantee the corresponding quality of secondary vocational education in demand; the monitoring evaluation is ought to be valued to promote the quality of secondary vocational education in demand; the creative innovation is ought to be driven to motivate the revolution of secondary vocational education in demand.
