花生壳总黄酮的大孔树脂吸附动力学研究

摘　　要：以花生壳为原料,采用乙醇提取花生壳中的总黄酮,并用大孔树脂吸附花生壳总黄酮。研究了吸附过程中温度对吸附量的影响,并绘制静态吸附动力学曲线,根据静态平衡吸附量分别绘制颗粒内扩散、准一级吸附和准二级吸附的3种动力学拟合曲线,并计算3种动力学模型参数。结果表明:温度对大孔树脂吸附花生壳总黄酮的吸附量具有显著性的影响,该过程是一个吸热过程;吸附速率受到液膜扩散和颗粒内扩散共同控制;确定了大孔树脂吸附花生壳总黄酮的准一级吸附动力学模型公式,并通过Arrhenius方程计算得到吸附过程的活化能E_a为7.96 k J/mol,该过程是一个物理过程。With peanut hull as raw material, flavonoids were extracted from peanut hull by ethanol and were adsorbed by macroporous resin. The effects of temperature on the adsorption capacity were studied,and the static adsorption kinetics curve was drawn. According to the static equilibrium adsorption amount, three kinds of adsorption kinetics fitting curves were drawn, including inter - particle diffusion,pseudo - first - order adsorption and pseudo - second - order adsorption, and three kinds of kinetics mod- el parameters were calculated. The results showed that temperature had significant effect on the adsorp-tion capacity of peanut hull flavonoids by macroporous resin, and the process was an endothermic process. The adsorption rate was controlled by the diffusion of liquid film and the inter - particle diffu-sion. The pseudo - first - order kinetics model for resin was determined. The activation energy （E） and it was a physical process. The adsorption of peanut hull flavonoids by macroporous was 7.96 kJ/mol calculated by the Arrhenius formula,
